State Policies One state policy is included with your Strategic Compliance Partners Program.  If you are licensed in multiple states it is recommended you purchase additional state policies to ensure you are covered in all states. On a monthly basis, we will review audit results from clients around the country . SCP’s team will meet with compliance counsel and recommend changing or updating policies based upon these actual audit results. Policies will be developed/amended and updates supplied on an as needed basis, depending upon the recommendations of SCP compliance specialists and legal counsel. Employee Training Centers You can add as many employees as you want to train in your training center. The CFPB expects you to train ALL of your lending employees on all Federal Consumer Protection laws that impact their job with your company. This means you should be training ALL of your staff who are involved in the lending process. This includes yourself, processors, loan originators, underwriters, etc. Training Center Setup We will set up an online training center for each of your employees. Each training center will include all the compliance training they need to be trained. It’s a simple solution to help you be CFPB compliant. All the training is online. Employees can complete the training throughout the year. We load all the training for you and put the order they should complete the training throughout the year. Employees will receive a certificate of completion for each course completed. It’s a turn key solution to help you train and educate your staff. With SCP Real Time Training Center you have your own administrative center where you will be able to see who has completed the training and who hasn’t.
