Issues with the VALERI Application

The Helpdesk for the Veterans Affairs Loan Electronic Reporting Interface (VALERI) has sent the following special announcement:

“Please do not upload or view any documents in the VALERI application until further notice. We received notification of an issue with documents in the VALERI application. Our developers discovered that the application is storing a corrupted version of the uploaded document. As a result, the documents are also not displaying correctly.

We are working on a code fix to resolve the underlying issue. We will provide additional details as they are available. We appreciate your patience and understanding.”
