Amendments are filed within NMLS. Amendments to the company address, direct or indirect ownership, executive officers, legal status, or the addition of a trade name may require an advance change notice (ACN) to be filed. Our licensing team can review and advise if an ACN is required for your state and amendment type.

A branch location is required for any licensee that conducts business with consumers or provides marketing materials from an office location other than the primary address of the company.
