Customized Employee Handbook
SCP will provide a customized Employee Handbook to help secure your brokerage from fines, lawsuits and other costly problems. You will work with your HR consultant to ensure the Employee Handbook will fit your needs and contracts. The Employee Handbook will be customized to ensure state and federal laws are covered.
HR Training Modules
SCP provides the federally required employee training modules focused directly on HR Topics such as Sexual Harassment and Diversity.
HR Project Support Services
Receive 5 hours of support yearly from a dedicated SCP HR Management Consultant. These support hours may be used to help implement HR best practices, prepare for an audit, review benefit materials, employee onboarding assistance, conducting exit interviews, and/or assisting with any other HR projects as needed.
